Yes. Attendance marking and local viewing work offline. Data syncs automatically when the phone reconnects. Nothing is lost when internet drops.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in MongoDB Atlas (bank-grade encryption), and access is gated by JWT authentication. Each contractor's workspace is fully isolated.
Uninstall requires a password set by the contractor. Workers cannot silently disappear from GPS tracking during work hours.
